Join us for a 4 days Retreats of Yoga, meditation, delicious vegetarian meals, plenty of free time, relaxation, and Ayurveda massages. Discover new places, and combine it with extra activities, such as; Spanish lessons, classical guitar recitals, and chanting sessions. Get the most out of your healthy vacation, and explore southern Spain with this wonderful Yoga holiday. Our groups are maximum of 8 people that means that there is always someone ready to help you. Your four days Yoga Holiday in Malaga Spain will be like this:
– 1:00 pm Pick up at the airport
– 2:00 pm Arrival time, while showing you the Retreat Center and your bedroom, you will enjoy of a delicious refreshing healthy drink and some light lunch!
– 3:30 pm Free time to unpack, and unwind.
– 5:00 pm Evening Yoga class , opening circle.
– 7:00 pm Delicious Vegetarian dinner
– 7:30 am: Wake up and take a coffee and tea in the Main House. Enjoy the early sun light and the magnificent views from the coast of Benalmadena with the blue ocean.
– 8:45 am: Guided meditation in the main terrace overlooking the garden and the sea.
– 9:00 am: Start to move your body with some yoga (asana) practice. This 75 minute practice will learn the sun salutations, all of the standing poses from the 1st serie of ashtanga yoga and some siting asanas. We will finish with a long relaxation to renew your energy.
–10:15 am: Lets get together and enjoy our energetic breakfast together with all fresh fruits and smoothies, Greek yogurt, and different breads also gluten free.
-11.00 am Time for a walk or a massage, or to lay under the sun, visit to the Tibetans Stupa or going to the village of Benalmadena Pueblo.
-2:00 pm Lunch time!
-5:00 pm Yoga class based in Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga. We’ll end in a restorative poses and the yogic sleep know as yoga nidra.
-7:00 pm We will meet to enjoy our vegetarian buffet dinner.
