Improve your health with yoga and express ideas and emotions with the art of sounds in this 4 days Yoga & Music Retreat in Malaga, Spain. You will feel good, and happier after practicing yoga, meditation and finding your breath and inner voice! No matter if you have never sing before, or if you have no experience with music, you will feel the direct effects after the first chanting session in your glandular system, clearing your energy channels or chakras.
Scientific studies report that sound can produce changes in the immune system. The human body absorbs and emits sounds, and with the chanting of mantras you will get the harmony between the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. In the afternoon sessions after your yoga practice during Savasana you will get all the benefits of the practice getting the live music of a classical guitar to allow you relax and let go to a deep level to heal yourself.
Moreover you will get delicious vegetarian food and fresh fruits, and super foods, and an special Japanese dinner (also vegetarian) as a real treat of your yoga holiday.
You will stay in our great location, where the atmosphere is relaxed, with an extensive green garden, swimming pool and beautiful views over the sea and mountains. You can choose your own private room with bathroom or a shared room.
Tre Retreat is located only 20 minutes from the airport of Malaga, and 10 minutes from the beach of Benalmadena or Fuengirola. The roads to access the Retreat center are easy to drive by car, or you can take a bus. All the services are close by, but at the same time you are in a quiet green extension of land for your total relaxation.

3 morning meditation, calming the heart, against stress and duality and mindfulness meditation.
3 morning yoga practices ashtanga yoga inspired.
3 morning chanting sessions.
3 afternoon yoga sessions, including yin yoga, hatha yoga, and Tibetans yoga.
3 afternoon music sessions including kirtan, singing, and listening to classical guitar.
Daily smoothies, herbal tea, mineral water, lots of fruits.
breakfast, lunch and dinner , all vegetarian and super tasty!

Plan of your daily activities:
1:00 pm Pick up at the airport, and transfer to the Retreat (it takes 20 minutes to get there)
2:00 pm Welcome drink and light lunch
3:00 pm Time to rest or give your first walk to the village of Benalmadena Pueblo.
5:00 pm Open circle, yoga class
6:00 pm Relaxation , first chanting session.
7:00 pm Dinner
8:00 pm Time for Q&A
Second and Third Day:
8:00 am Start your day with a self-served cup of herbal tea or coffee. We recommend not to eat before the yoga class, but we understand that you may need a piece of fruit and or nuts before practice to keep your blood sugar up. So in the main house you will find always a fruit basket.
08:45 am Guided Meditation , Yoga (ashtanga inspired) and relaxation with music.
10:30 am Breakfast
11:30 am Time to relax, or get a massage or join one of the many extra activities.

3:00 pm Free time to read, take a siesta, hike, go to the village, go to the beach, etc.
