Energetic Yoga Retreat in Spain-Short Break

Get free from the routine and Reward Yourself with 4 Days Retreat of Yoga, Meditation, Healthy Food, and Relax to renew your energy, in the peaceful area of Benalmadena Pueblo, 10 minutes by car from the Coast of Malaga, with magnificent views and narrow charming little streets lined with flowers and plants.
With 2 yoga and meditation sessions per day you will open your body and mind creating more space for the new energy that will heal your body and refresh your mind and spirit. In addition to this you will  learn some easy breathing techniques to help you in moments of stress and to use during your yoga poses so you will learn how to get the maximum benefits mentally and physically.
Furthermore you will enjoy the delicious and healthy vegetarian (vegan and gluten free under request) meals that will help you to feel lighter and healthier, giving you inspiration to learn how to prepare new dishes when you are back at home.
You will stay in our spectacular location, where the atmosphere is relaxed, genuine and unspoiled, extensive green garden, beautiful trees, swimming pool and fantastic views over the sea and mountains. You can choose between your own ensuite room or shared with another yoga practitioner. Only 20 minutes from the airport of Malaga, and 10 minutes from the beach of Benalmadena or Fuengirola. The roads to access the Retreat center are easy to drive by car, or you can take a bus. All the services are close by, but at the same time you are in a quiet green extension of land for your total relaxation.
4 Days for you in the south of Spain, in a warm Andalusian region, getting plenty of time for yourself to relax , to connect with your breath,  to calm your mind, while practicing yoga and meditation, cleaning your body with healthy nutritious and of course delicious vegetarian meals, and in a safe place where you can feel free to do what you really want to do!

Your days will be as follow during your 4 days short break energetic yoga retreat in Malaga, Spain:
Day 1-
– 1:00 pm Pick up at the airport
– 1:45 pm Arrival time, showing the premises, and welcome to your room
– 2:00 pm Light fresh vegetarian lunch
– 3:00 pm Leisure time to unpack, and relax.
– 5:00 pm Evening Yoga class , opening circle.
– 7:00 pm Delicious Vegetarian buffet dinner
Day 2,3
– 7:30 am: Wake up and enjoy a self serve coffee and tea with fresh fruits in the Main House. Get the new energy from the sunrise, and the fantastic views from the sea.

– 8:45 am: Meet in the main terrace overlooking the garden and the ocean. We will guide you through a light meditation session before having our ashtanga vinyasa yoga class.

– 9:00 am: Begin our yoga (asana) practice. This practice will learn the sun salutations, all of the standing poses from the 1st serie of ashtanga yoga and some siting asanas. We will finish with a long relaxation to renew your energy.

– 10:15 am: We’ll walk to breakfast together and enjoy the delicious buffet of all fresh fruits and smoothies, with Greek yogurt, home made hummus, and different breads also gluten free. Time to chat with your with new retreat friends and prepare for any of the extra optional activities for the day!

– 2:00 pm We will meet altogether in the garden to enjoy our vegetarian buffet lunch.

-3.00 pm Time for a siesta or a massage, or to lay under the sun,  going to the village of Benalmadena Pueblo or for a walk on the beach.

-5:00 pm Yoga class based in Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga. We will have the class on the grass overlooking the sky and relaxing with many different techniques to stretch and  to heal any pain you could have on your muscles.

-7:00 pm We will meet to enjoy our vegetarian buffet dinner.

8:45 am Sitting guided meditation
9:00 am morning yoga, ashtanga vinyasa
10:30 am Breakfast
12:00 Transport to the airport
